THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Healthcare team. In this role, you’ll help accelerate Kipsu’s growth by identifying and engaging new prospects across the healthcare industry. Through outbound calls, emails, and social selling, you’ll generate qualified opportunities and partner closely with our sales team to advance them.
Kipsu provides healthcare clinics with a new way to engage patients through real-time digital channels—enabling them to coordinate appointments, check-in after discharge, and build lasting human connections. The base pay for this role starts at $45,000/yr. The pay structure for this role is base pay + commission. The total annualized on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is: $50,000-$60,000+/yr.
