JOB DESCRIPTION
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Level University / College Degree
- Experience in a IT technical environment preferably in an Application support role
- Willingness to learn and grow
- off hours on-call support may be required
PREFERRED:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Individual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills.
- Ability to develop and exercise task specific plans with minimal supervision.
