Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead technology-driven transformation initiatives. The role involves managing complex IT programs, driving change enablement strategies, and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end IT program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess impact, manage communications, and deliver training.
- Monitor program progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT program management and organizational change enablement.
- Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Mandatory Skills: AI ML Governance Product Engineering.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
