The Executive Ph.D. Program in Urban Higher Education is seeking applications for its Enrollment & Recruitment Manager position.
Examples of Duties
- Coordinates all recruitment and marketing/advertising activities for the EPhD Program, including the upkeep of the website.
- Coordinates admission and enrollment activities for all new, current, and continuing students by serving as the primary contact for resolution of student records, registration, and enrollment-related services.
- Assists new, current, and continuing students in the EPhD Program with academic service issues (i.e. financial aid, admissions, outstanding balances, etc…)
- Coordinates and executes all activities associated with new student orientation, graduation celebration, and any other EPhD events.
- Solicits hotel bids each year and works with JSU legal to secure a lodging contract.
- Responds to all hotel-related issues.
- Develops professional relationships with students in the EPhD Program.
- Works with faculty to assist in developing, maintaining, and adhering to the program plan.
- Plans and facilitates student and faculty domestic and international travel and activities, as applicable.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
