JOB SUMMARY

Supervise and coordinate support of our credit and collections department. Work with internal and external customers to collect information as it pertains to waivers of lien. Duties include documenting lien releases and managing the workflow distribution. Researches and verifying the accuracy of lien waiver requests.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Leads a support team.
• Possible support in the review and approval of credit applications.
• Prepares credit reports as directed.
• Prepares legal documents as needed.
• Interviews, selects, and trains staff.
• Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Generally, 5+ years’ experience in a related field
• BS/BA in a related discipline.
