This role involves the management of our NetSuite ERP system as well as supporting executives and department managers in the analysis of sales and customer support information. This individual would serve as the primary point of contact for all things NetSuite ensuring the platform performs effectively and covers our many business processes.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configuration and customization of the NetSuite ERP system to meet specific company needs
- Management of users and all aspects of NetSuite security
- Address data imports, data cleanup, and other areas of data integrity
- Provide technical support training for NetSuite users
- Create workflows and training documentation to assist onboarding of new hires
- Create searches, reports, and dashboards for key users and executives
- Support integrations between NetSuite and other third-party products/applications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical competencies in the overall NetSuite architecture and scripting using SuiteScript
- Ability to translate business requirements into solutions using NetSuite functionalities and features
- Ability to organize and address multiple concurrent projects and provide updates as required
- Ability to work with multiple department heads and coordinate solutions for all key stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills allowing for troubleshooting and optimization of workflows
- NetSuite Administrator Certification strongly preferred
