- Design and execute end-to-end performance and load testing for complex applications
- Create robust test strategies aligned with business and technical requirements
- Analyze system behavior under stress and recommend performance improvements
- Log, track, and validate resolution of performance bottlenecks and defects
- Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Build and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to performance engineering best practices and process improvements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of experience in performance testing, QA engineering, or software development
- Strong background in performance engineering and system scalability testing
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Postman, Playwright, or Selenium
- Proficiency with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or K6
- Experience using network monitoring and debugging tools such as Fiddler or Wireshark
- Solid understanding of database validation (SQL Server, DB2, or similar)
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance testing standards
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
