As an In-Home Family Services Specialist, you’ll work directly with families to help them overcome challenges and build skills for long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
- Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
- Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
- Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
- Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Serving as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and 1 year of experience working with children and families OR Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
