Seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a regulated biotech/pharma environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, process stabilization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing and packaging operations
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in real-time production
- Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
- Support validation, process monitoring, and change control
- Collaborate with QA, QC, Operations, and Engineering teams
- Support line trials, startup activities, and continuous improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of process engineering experience in regulated environments
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting in live production settings
- Experience with deviations, CAPA, and process improvement
- Experience working directly with operators/shop floor teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with OTC powders and oral solid dose (OSD)
- Knowledge of packaging and manufacturing equipment
- Experience with process validation, FMEA, Lean/TPM
- Familiarity with SAP, MES, or Power BI
