About This Job
Critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. Demonstrates effective leadership and collaboration with team members and other departments, assisting colleagues with complex problem resolution including compliance issues.
- Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
- Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues
- Learn and apply procedures; Comprehensive new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly; recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails
- Answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing an accurate response
