You will lead cross functional initiatives, improve processes, build reporting capabilities, and deliver programs that enhance partner performance, alignment, and visibility.
In this role, you will manage complex projects and programs end-to-end, ensuring requirements are defined clearly, timelines are tracked, stakeholders are aligned, and outcomes are delivered with quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project & Program Management
- Lead and manage crossfunctional projects across the partner lifecycle (e.g., partner programs, reporting automation).
- Define scopes, requirements, timelines, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment plans.
- Maintain operational cadence across programs, including governance meetings, reviews, prioritization discussions, and workstream checkins.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting, dashboards, documentation, and partnerfacing materials.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating where needed.
Operational Management & Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that strengthen accuracy, scalability, and cross functional alignment.
- Develop and maintain operating rhythms for partner processes, ensuring predictable, consistent execution across teams.
- Support operational rollout of Partner Program components (tiering, certifications, boot camps, account planning frameworks).
- Maintain and improve the Partner Portal experience.
Reporting, Analytics & Dashboarding
- Work with Business Intelligence team to automate data flows and replace manual reporting processes with scalable solutions.
- Develop scoping documents and requirements for new data or reporting needs; ensure alignment with technical teams.
- Provide analysis and insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Cross Functional Partnership
- Partner with the owners of Sprinklr’s internal systems (Sales Ops, BI, IT) to ensure requirements are defined clearly and delivered accurately.
- Serve as the operational liaison for Alliances, translating business needs into structured asks for technical teams.
- Ensure data quality, process consistency, and visibility across stakeholder groups.
- Build trusted relationships with Sales, Services, Finance, IT, and leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, program/project management, or sales/partner operations, ideally in SaaS or channel-focused environments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field - or equivalent years of experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, from planning through execution.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for operational excellence.
- Experience creating documentation (process maps, requirements, SOPs) and managing operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and convey complex information across diverse audiences.
- Proven strategic thinking, ability to develop actionable plans, and execution skills that achieve organizational goals.
- Strong focus on operational efficiency, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:
- Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.
- Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.
- Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.
We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.
We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive. Sprinklr believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. We offer you and your family voluntary healthcare coverage in countries where applicable. We believe it is important to take time off – it is essential for your mental and physical wellbeing. We provide Sprinklrites with paid time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. We want to grow our talent with purpose. Our open Mentoring Program is designed to create meaningful connections that support growth and amplify our focus.

Which companies sponsor visas for program analysts in Nevada?
Consistent H-1B sponsors for program analysts in Nevada include MGM Resorts International, Caesars Entertainment, NV Energy, the Nevada System of Higher Education, and federal contractors operating near Nellis Air Force Base such as Leidos and SAIC. State and county government agencies occasionally sponsor through cap-exempt or other pathways. Sponsorship frequency varies by employer and year, so confirming current hiring intent directly with each organization is always advisable.
Which visa types are most common for program analyst roles in Nevada?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for program analysts in Nevada, requiring the role to qualify as a specialty occupation and the employer to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. Analysts working for universities within the Nevada System of Higher Education may access cap-exempt H-1B filings. TN status is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose program analyst role falls under an eligible USMCA occupation category.
Which cities in Nevada have the most program analyst sponsorship jobs?
Las Vegas accounts for the largest share of program analyst sponsorship activity in Nevada, driven by its large hospitality corporations, healthcare systems, and government agencies. Reno is the second most active market, supported by a growing technology sector, the University of Nevada Reno, and logistics companies in the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center. Carson City, as the state capital, offers opportunities within Nevada state government, though sponsorship there is less common.
How to find program analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Nevada?
Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for program analyst roles in Nevada where employers have confirmed visa sponsorship, saving significant time compared to reviewing individual job postings manually. Because not all Nevada employers advertise sponsorship availability upfront, Migrate Mate's curated listings focus on organizations with documented H-1B filing histories, making it easier to target applications toward companies that have sponsored similar roles before.
Are there any state-specific considerations for program analysts seeking sponsorship in Nevada?
Nevada has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage calculations indirectly since net compensation comparisons with other states differ. Program analysts at Nevada universities benefit from cap-exempt H-1B access, a meaningful advantage given annual lottery uncertainty. The state's economy is concentrated in hospitality and gaming, so analysts without experience in those sectors may find the candidate pool for non-gaming roles in Las Vegas more competitive than the city's size suggests.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored program analyst jobs in Nevada?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
