Which companies sponsor visas for supply chain operations roles in New Hampshire?
BAE Systems in Nashua is among the most active sponsors for supply chain and operations roles in the state, given its large defense manufacturing footprint. Healthcare systems like Dartmouth Health and manufacturers along the I-93 corridor also have histories of H-1B sponsorship for procurement and logistics positions. Sponsorship availability varies by role, team, and hiring cycle, so verifying each employer's recent filings through DOL disclosure data is worthwhile.
Which visa types are most common for supply chain operations roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for supply chain operations professionals in New Hampshire, particularly for roles involving data analysis, systems management, or engineering-adjacent functions that qualify as specialty occupations requiring a relevant bachelor's degree. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying occupations. O-1 petitions are rare in this field but not impossible for candidates with demonstrated industry recognition.
How to find supply chain operations visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find supply chain operations roles in New Hampshire where employers are open to visa sponsorship. Because sponsorship willingness is rarely stated in standard job postings, Migrate Mate filters specifically for employers with sponsorship histories, saving significant research time. Focusing your search on the Manchester-Nashua corridor and the Seacoast area will surface the highest concentration of relevant openings in the state.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most supply chain operations sponsorship jobs?
Nashua and Manchester account for the majority of supply chain operations hiring in New Hampshire, driven by defense contractors, electronics manufacturers, and distribution operations concentrated in those metros. Portsmouth and the Seacoast region contribute additional openings tied to healthcare and maritime logistics. Concord, as the state capital, has a smaller but present public-sector and healthcare supply chain presence worth monitoring.
Are there state-specific considerations for supply chain operations visa sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons when employers calculate compensation packages for sponsored workers. The state's manufacturing base is heavily tied to defense contracts, meaning many supply chain roles at larger employers involve security clearance requirements that can complicate or preclude sponsorship for foreign nationals. Candidates should confirm clearance eligibility early in the process, as it is a frequent limiting factor in this market.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored supply chain operations jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
