We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Campus Recruiting Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team in our North-east region.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.
YOUR TEAM
The Campus Recruiting Specialist will be working with and supporting our NJ offices and will be an integral part of our campus recruiting team regionally. This individual will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including internship and entry-level programs for assurance and tax teams. The role is high energy and interacts daily with all levels of CohnReznick employees and candidates, including Executive level. This role will collaborate extensively with all campus leads across the firm.

YOUR ROLE
- Manage the full campus recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations.
- Plan and execute campus recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Manage job postings across the firm website, university sites, and Handshake.
- Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
- Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with Talent Acquisition Operations and hiring teams.
- Manage logistics for campus events, summer/winter internship programs, and recruiting initiatives.
- Support candidate selection and offer extension processes.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and candidate communications.
- Maintain campus recruiting marketing materials, giveaways, and event supplies.
- Participate in national, regional, and local recruiting initiatives and special projects.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience for campus or professional level roles; professional services, tax and audit industry experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to build effective partnerships with candidates, firm leadership, and colleagues.
- Excellent and polished communication and presentation skills.
- Sound judgment, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Business acumen or ability to quickly acquire business knowledge.
- Excellent organizational/project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft desktop software, particularly Word, Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint; Outlook is a MUST.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Evening work hours required during Spring & Fall campus season.
- Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

COMPENSATION
In New Jersey, the salary range for a Campus Recruiting Specialist is $73K to $100K.
