Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents with simultaneous tasks across multiple projects and clients.
- Effectively communicate and partner with teammates and colleagues to successfully complete projects.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for various construction materials and activities.
- Create and update project schedules.
- Perform field verifications, inspections and measurements.
- Evaluate daily productions to accurately track project performance.
- Maintain and verify daily reports.
- Assist Superintendents with coordination of inventory and material deliveries.
- Learn to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
- 1+ years of Construction Management experience or beginner knowledge of Construction Management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible in working in both office and field environments as needed.
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Must have strong organization skills.
