Complete Care at Regent is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 180-bed skilled nursing and long-term care center in Hackensack, New Jersey. Complete Care at Regent is a 180-bed skilled nursing and long-term care center located in Hackensack, NJ. Our recently renovated facility provides post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized clinical services in a comfortable, resident-centered environment. We are committed to continuous improvement and providing an exceptional experience for every resident and family we serve.
Responsibilities of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
- Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Promote excellence in resident care, customer satisfaction, and clinical outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while fostering accountability and teamwork
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and census growth
- Partner with regional leadership to achieve organizational goals
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community
- Foster a culture of compassion, professionalism, and employee engagement
Qualifications of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
- Current New Jersey Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, NJ Department of Health requirements, and reimbursement systems
- Proven experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Track record of improving quality measures, survey outcomes, employee retention, and resident satisfaction
