About us
Solar Landscape is the leading commercial rooftop solar developer in the U.S. Only 4% of commercial rooftops host solar today — we’re changing that, fast. Commercial rooftop solar is the fastest, smartest way to build new clean power — delivering megawatts of generation in months, not years, and powering America’s energy and future right where it’s needed most. By turning rooftops into local power plants, we’re reshaping how — and how fast — energy gets built in the U.S. Recognized as the #1 Distributed Generation Developer by New Project Media, the #1 National Commercial Rooftop Solar Developer by Solar Power World, and winner of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Grand Prize for Clean Energy, Solar Landscape is defining the future of energy generation in America. Headquartered in Asbury Park, New Jersey, Solar Landscape has offices in Chicago, Baltimore, and New York City and operates in over a dozen states nationwide. We move fast, solve hard problems, and take our work seriously — but never ourselves. We value clear thinking, accountability, and execution. At the same time, we’re collaborative by default, and believe the best work happens when people enjoy working together. Our team is made up of smart, grounded people who show up for each other — whether that’s troubleshooting a system design or catching up over lunch. If you’re looking to do meaningful work in a high-performance environment — and be part of the team reshaping how energy gets built in the U.S. — we’d love to meet you.

Which companies sponsor visas for strategy managers in New Jersey?
Large multinationals with significant New Jersey footprints are the most active sponsors for strategy manager roles. Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, Prudential Financial in Newark, Cognizant in Teaneck, and Merck in Rahway have all filed H-1B Labor Condition Applications for strategy and business planning positions. Consulting firms with New Jersey offices, including Deloitte and Accenture, also sponsor internationally for client-facing strategy roles.
Which visa types are most common for strategy manager roles in New Jersey?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for strategy managers in New Jersey, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Candidates already holding L-1A or L-1B status through an intracompany transfer are also placed into strategy roles, particularly at multinational firms headquartered or regionally based in the state.
Which cities in New Jersey have the most strategy manager sponsorship jobs?
Newark and Jersey City account for a significant share of strategy manager sponsorship activity, driven by financial services firms and consulting offices positioned close to Manhattan. The Princeton-Trenton corridor is another concentration point, anchored by pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. Parsippany and Florham Park also have notable activity, with several corporate headquarters and regional offices clustered in Morris County.
How to find strategy manager visa sponsorship jobs in New Jersey?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for visa sponsorship, so you can browse strategy manager openings in New Jersey without sifting through roles that won't support international candidates. Searching by role and state on Migrate Mate surfaces positions from employers who have a documented history of H-1B filings, which is particularly useful for targeting the pharma, financial services, and consulting sectors that dominate New Jersey's strategy hiring market.
Are there any state-specific considerations for strategy manager visa sponsorship in New Jersey?
New Jersey's prevailing wage requirements follow federal DOL standards, but the state's geographic position in the New York metro area means prevailing wage benchmarks for strategy manager roles tend to be higher than national averages, reflecting the regional cost of labor. Candidates should also note that several of New Jersey's largest sponsoring employers, particularly in pharma and financial services, have structured graduate pipelines through nearby universities including Rutgers and Princeton.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored strategy manager jobs in New Jersey?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
