ABOUT THE JOB YOU’RE CONSIDERING
Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining scalable and future-ready Revenue Cloud solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, subscription-based business models, and enterprise integrations. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to deliver innovative revenue transformation solutions.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementations.
- Define scalable, extensible, and secure Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solution architectures.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices across the program.
- Design and implement end-to-end processes including: Product Catalog Management, Product Configuration and Pricing, Salesforce CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Subscription Management, Renewals and Amendments & Billing and Revenue Management.
- Define enterprise integration strategies between Salesforce and external applications such as ERP, Finance, Tax, and other business systems.
- Design and oversee API-based integration architectures and data exchange patterns.
- Lead architecture workshops, solution reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, administration, and integration teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution teams, and executive leadership.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery governance.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and/or Salesforce CPQ.
- Proven success architecting and delivering enterprise Quote-to-Cash transformation programs.
- Strong experience with subscription-based, recurring revenue, and consumption-based business models.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms, including SAP.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, integrations, data modeling, and scalability considerations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

COMPENSATION
- The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
