Position Summary
The Product Manager, B2B Digital Experience owns the strategy and delivery of digital products for B2B audiences across Bridgestone, Firestone, and Bandag brands. The position manages agency partners and collaborates extensively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful B2B digital experiences aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Own B2B Product Roadmap: Define and execute product vision and roadmap for B2B digital platforms, including websites and supporting infrastructure for Bridgestone, Firestone, and Bandag commercial audiences based on customer needs, business priorities, and data insights.
- Customer Experience Integration: Connect product roadmap priorities with customer experience strategies, ensuring B2B digital touchpoints deliver seamless, valuable experiences across critical customer segments and journey moments.
- Agency Partnership Management: Manage agency teams to deliver on product roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic needs, brand guidelines, and product delivery timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units across the Americas and EMEA, transforming commercial business requirements into customer-focused digital solutions.
- Data-Driven Product Decisions: Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform feature prioritization, optimization opportunities, and product enhancements for B2B platforms.
- Agile Product Delivery: Apply Agile principles to manage product backlog, define acceptance criteria, align sprint planning priorities with agency partners, and drive iterative releases across B2B digital experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Advocate for product initiatives across the business, marketing, IT, sales, and leadership functions, articulating strategic roadmaps and socializing platform updates to ensure organizational alignment.
- Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage end-to-end product development from discovery through launch and continuous improvement, coordinating UX, creative, development, QA, and publishing activities.
- Performance Optimization: Partner with analytics teams to define success metrics, track product performance, and communicate impact to stakeholders while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate with business and brand teams to integrate solutions and represent Bridgestone 3.0 positioning across commercial digital platforms for a unified brand presence.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, monitor product performance, and refine B2B digital experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Education
