W2 Contract Onsite in Albuquerque, NM 80-90/HR Electrical Test Engineer
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in Aerospace Test Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics testing experience at unit and spacecraft level
- Troubleshooting as needed
- Ability to support testing outside of business hours including overnight and weekends on occasion
- FlatSat, hardware in the Loop (testbed) design and operations
Desired Skills
- Experience with environmental testing, such as bench supplies and scopes with no support from more senior techs
- Experience and understanding of AS9100 industry standard practices
- Failure analysis experience such as Ishikawa (fishbone), “5-Why”, etc.
- Basic MS Word & MS Excel competency (advanced MS Office & Office 365 skills a plus)
- Previous experience with Spacecraft level test development and hands-on testing
- Spacecraft Ground Systems (COSMOS/OpenC3, InControl, etc.)
- Linux, scripting (Python, etc.)
- Familiar with cleanroom operations for Spacecraft I&T
- Requirements analysis and test methods
