- Liaise and drive cohesion between groups, driving clear communication, accountability, and transparency.
- Influence and communicate with internal/external stakeholders, including executive leadership, to gain buy-in and report on value.
- Drive execution, oversee program lifecycle, track progress, manage budgets, assess risks, and ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership to define program strategies, set goals, and align tech program objectives with overall business goals.
- Provide clear reporting as defined by key stakeholders, including bi-weekly updates and monthly and quarterly reports.

- 5+ years’ experience managing and overseeing strategic projects, defining objectives, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

- Strong understanding of the media industry and the needs of professional communicators.

- Meticulous attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

- Strong working knowledge of PM and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Basecamp).
- Advanced-level professional competency in written and spoken English language is required.
