Dashing Diva is seeking a highly organized and proactive a Contract Project Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic Creative team. This role is critical in managing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure the successful execution of creative and digital initiatives across departments.
What You Will Do:
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to fulfill material, prop, and equipment needs for creative projects.
- Manage purchase requests related to digital and creative projects, including tracking expenses and processing orders.
- Support deadline management and monitor project timelines to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate logistics for photo shoots, including assisting with preparation, ordering meals, and overseeing on-site arrangements.
- Participate in and help facilitate weekly meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure alignment.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing to support financial planning and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support for the Creative Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Help distribute and track creative work assignments to cross-functional teams, including Packaging, Photography, Social Media, and Digital.
