Job Title: Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant
Location: NY, NY 10041 (On-site)
Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc).
- Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.
- Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design workshops with HR operations and HR leadership to define HR service delivery model, case management, routing logic, and SLA framework within Oracle HR Helpdesk.
- Architect and configure Oracle HR Helpdesk including service request categories, case routing rules, escalation workflows, SLA configuration, and agent workspace design.
- Design routing and escalation logic, including facility-based routing and inquiry handling.
- Govern knowledge base content strategy including employee-facing knowledge articles, FAQ design, and self-service content.
- Ensure Helpdesk case categories and routing logic reflect Oracle HCM data model including Position, Assignment, Location, Department, Benefits, Comp and Payroll record changes.
- Lead test phases and coordinate test scenario design with HR operations and HR teams.
- Develop Helpdesk performance dashboards and reporting using OTBI covering case volume, resolution time, SLA compliance, escalation rates, and inquiry trend analysis.
- Maintain functional and technical design documentation with traceability to HR service delivery requirements.
- Partner with Oracle Cloud workstream leads (Scheduling, Payroll, Time & Labor, Comp and Core HCM).
- Mentor helpdesk analysts and serve as functional escalation point.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM or HR service delivery implementations.
- Experience implementing Oracle HR Helpdesk or enterprise HR service delivery platforms.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data model including Position, Assignment, Location, Department, and Payroll records.
- Experience designing knowledge base content strategies and Helpdesk configurations.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft legacy HR service processes and inquiry types.
Skills:
