As a Tendering Manager, you will help transform customer requirements into competitive, high-quality proposals that support business growth and customer success. Working at the intersection of sales, engineering, and operations, you will coordinate technical and commercial inputs, develop pricing strategies, review tender requirements, and support bid evaluations. You will engage with customers, collaborate across multiple functions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen tendering excellence. - Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope

- Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions
- Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates plus present risk reviews
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation and perform quality checks

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical is preferable).
- Process orientated, disciplined, structured, and high committed to the results.
- Proactive in establishing effective relationships and engaging with various team members.
- Ability to travel 10-15%.
