ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Modeling and Documentation: Developing detailed 3D architectural models and generating construction documentation.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Identifying and resolving conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems using tools like Navisworks.
- BIM Standards & Implementation: Establishing BIM execution plans, workflows, and protocols for project teams.
- Data Management: Managing the digital database of the project to ensure data consistency and accuracy throughout the lifecycle.
- Training & Support: Training team members on BIM software and best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- Software Proficiency: High-level expertise in Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, and Navisworks.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, design principles, and technical drawing.
- Experience: Requires 3–10 years of experience, often with a transition from traditional architectural role.
