INTRODUCTION
An Infor M3 Technical Consultant will be responsible for the configuration-support, maintenance, and implementation Infor M3 for various clients. They will need to collaborate with client contacts in gathering business requirements, documenting, improving processes, designing solutions, and helping in the configuration as per the scope. The consultant should have thorough technical knowledge about M3.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configuration-support, maintenance, and implementation of Infor M3 for various clients
- Collaborate with client contacts in gathering business requirements
- Document and improve processes
- Design solutions and assist in configuration as per the scope
- Utilize Infor M3 development tools on both on-Prem and Cloudsuite products such as MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit), MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator), Jscript IDM Forms Mashups Event Hub Web Service
- Work on M3 Xtend Xstream/StreamServe Reporting tool
- Have basic knowledge of Java, RDBMS, SQL, and XML
- Understand the capabilities and limitations of each extensibility tool like M3 Jscript, Java Scripts, Mashup, Smart Office SDK, Web SDK, etc.
- Participate in ERP implementation or support projects
- Engage in data migration and integration
- Familiarity with Infor Implementation methodologies
- Exhibit a problem-solving attitude for client-related projects
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Demonstrate excellent tactful communication skills including strong communication skills
- Work with databases/MIS
- Multi-task and manage daily assignments
- Possess in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology programming language
- Exhibit good business documentation and presentation skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4 years experience around using Infor M3 development tools
- Experience in ERP implementation or support projects
- Experience in data migration and integration
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters Degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in designing eCommerce applications
- 3+ years of experience working on high volume, Internet scale solutions
- Any experience developing and/or architecting public cloud-hosted backend services with Azure and/or GCP
- Any experience developing/designing a scalable microservices architecture in Go, Java & Node.js
- Any experience developing React, Swift (native iOS), Kotlin (native Android)
