Responsibilities & Requirements:
The Physical Therapist I (Hamilton) delivers evidence-based physical therapy services to patients across the care continuum, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility. This role supports patient safety, access, and outcomes by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients and families on rehabilitation strategies. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
Required Education:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program or equivalent as recognized by the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board.
Required Work Experience:
- Completion of clinical rotations as part of DPT program
- no prior post-graduate professional experience required.
Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license issued by the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board prior to start date. Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and Ohio jurisprudence examination. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

- Outpatient Therapy positions:

Preferred Qualifications:
