Which companies in Oklahoma sponsor visas for sales operations roles?
Oklahoma employers with a track record of H-1B sponsorship in business operations include Paycom, ONEOK, Love's Travel Stops, and Unit Corporation. Larger enterprises and regional headquarters in Oklahoma City and Tulsa are more likely to have HR infrastructure capable of supporting sponsorship than smaller local businesses. Checking DOL Labor Condition Application disclosure data shows which employers have filed for similar roles.
Which visa types are most common for sales operations jobs in Oklahoma?
The H-1B is the most common visa for sales operations roles in Oklahoma, as these positions typically require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and qualify as specialty occupations. The TN visa is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals under USMCA. Candidates already holding OPT or STEM OPT can work while an employer files an H-1B petition on their behalf.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most sales operations sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City accounts for the majority of sales operations sponsorship activity in the state, driven by corporate headquarters in energy, retail, and technology. Tulsa is the second-largest market, with significant employer presence in finance, manufacturing, and logistics. Smaller markets like Broken Arrow and Edmond have seen growth tied to technology and distribution companies expanding their operations teams.
How to find sales operations visa sponsorship jobs in Oklahoma?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it easier to identify sales operations roles in Oklahoma where employers are open to sponsoring international candidates. Rather than sorting through thousands of unfiltered postings, you can search directly for sales operations positions in Oklahoma City or Tulsa and see which employers have indicated sponsorship. Creating a profile on Migrate Mate also helps match your background to relevant openings.
Are there any state-specific factors that affect sales operations sponsorship in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma's economy is heavily tied to energy, and sales operations roles supporting oil and gas companies can be competitive but cyclical. The University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University produce business graduates who enter the local talent pipeline, meaning employers have domestic candidates to consider. International applicants with specialized experience in CRM systems, revenue operations, or data analytics tend to stand out, as these technical skills within sales operations are in higher demand across Oklahoma's growing technology sector.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales operations jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
