Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, including production, fabrication, logistics, and quality control
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor key performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies
- Translate strategic plans into actionable operational objectives
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Partner with finance to analyze financial performance and improve profitability
- Drive efficiency initiatives to meet or exceed financial targets
- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Oversee quality assurance programs and continuous improvement systems
- Support business development and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Strengthen relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments
- Proven track record of operational excellence and scaling business operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking and execution abilities
- Expertise in team development and change management
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
COMPENSATION
- $150,000-$200,000 (based on experience) with performance-based bonuses.
