Which companies in Oregon sponsor visas for revenue managers?
Portland-based companies with documented H-1B sponsorship histories for business and finance roles include Nike, Adidas, Intel, and Daimler Trucks North America. Larger hospitality groups operating in the Portland metro and coastal resort markets have also filed LCAs for revenue management positions. Technology firms and e-commerce companies headquartered in Portland are among the most active sponsors for this role category.
Which visa types are most common for revenue manager roles in Oregon?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue managers in Oregon, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. The L-1B and L-1A are also relevant for candidates transferring within multinational companies, which applies to several large Oregon-based corporate employers. TN visa status is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business analyst or management roles.
Which cities in Oregon have the most revenue manager sponsorship jobs?
Portland accounts for the majority of revenue manager sponsorship opportunities in Oregon, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters, technology firms, and hospitality groups. Beaverton and Hillsboro in the Portland metro area are also active, particularly through Nike and the broader Washington County tech corridor. Bend has a smaller but growing market tied to tourism and outdoor recreation companies expanding their revenue operations teams.
How to find revenue manager visa sponsorship jobs in Oregon?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse revenue manager roles in Oregon without sorting through positions that don't support international candidates. You can filter by state and role type to surface relevant openings from employers who have filed Labor Condition Applications or indicated sponsorship willingness. This saves significant time compared to reviewing unfiltered postings.
Are there state-specific considerations for revenue managers seeking sponsorship in Oregon?
Oregon employers sponsoring H-1B workers must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro metropolitan statistical area, which sets the wage floor for LCA filings. Oregon's hospitality and wine tourism industries create regional demand for revenue management expertise, but sponsorship rates in those sectors are lower than in tech or corporate retail. Candidates with backgrounds in SaaS pricing or e-commerce analytics tend to find the strongest sponsorship pipeline in the Portland metro.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue manager jobs in Oregon?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
