Provides coordination of patient care throughout the continuum, ensuring adherence to evidence-based clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Supports patient evaluations, multidisciplinary case reviews, procedure scheduling, registry management, and maintenance of clinical documentation. Serves as a central resource for patients, families, providers, and staff by facilitating communication, delivering education, and assisting with program initiatives, quality outcomes, and device-specific training activities.

POSITION:
Clinical Coordinator, Structural Heart Program
SHIFT:
Monday - Friday day shift. Procedural days are Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 7AM - 5:30PM. Tuesday & Friday are administrative days.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years recent/current experience in cardiac surgery or cardiovascular care with demonstrated expert clinical leadership abilities. Expert knowledge of current evaluation, treatment and management of surgical and/or transcatheter for patients with cardiovascular disease.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
LICENSURES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Current Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse.
