- Drive new business by qualifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities for YourCause CSR solutions
- Build and manage relationships with CSR leaders and decision-makers
- Deliver compelling, ROI-focused proposals that showcase our value

- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts
- Stay informed on CSR and employee engagement trends
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

COMPENSATION
- The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $101,400.00 to $138,100.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
