Job Purpose
Intern Program Overview:
We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Through competitive wages, networking events, social and volunteer activities, professional development workshops, and housing support, we strive to deliver one of the best internship experiences—designed to develop and inspire the talent of tomorrow. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.
Key Responsibilities
Intern would be working on projects related to quality, manufacturing, and testing in manufacturing environment specializing in electronics and mechanical assemblies.
Primary responsibilities will include working along manufacturing engineers to improve processes, products, and flow through the plant. Hands on working on-site. You will gain experience working hands-on in a live manufacturing environment.
Experience Required
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or a related field.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $31.93 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
