- Drive enterprise new logo acquisition across key verticals
- Own the full sales cycle - prospecting through contract execution
- Lead complex RFPs, solution design, pricing, and negotiations
- Build and maintain a disciplined, high-value pipeline
- Develop C-suite relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Identify and expand into new verticals and market opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions that win

- Consistent achievement of revenue and new logo targets
- Strong pipeline coverage and deal progression discipline
- High win rates and contract values
- Ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

- 7+ years of success in enterprise CX, BPO, or contact center sales
- Proven ability to close net new business at the enterprise level
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of nearshore, offshore, and domestic delivery models
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level
