This role reports to the Director, Corporate Development & Strategy and will support the development, execution, and sustainment of the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term corporate strategy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain complex models as well as analyze and summarize key industry trends to advise management on strategic initiatives.
- Support activities attendant to developing and executing transactions with third parties, including origination, due diligence, negotiation, and post-transaction management activities.
- Assist in assessing risk and return for various deal scenarios, researching and developing proposals and/or counterproposals, performing deal/project/market studies, and stakeholder engagement within broader organization.
- Include analysis and building reports, presentations, financial models, etc.
