About Company
At the heart of what we are, we are a small company that specializes in manufacturing personal care products. While we are much bigger now than what we were 20 years ago or even 5 years ago, our company was built on a belief that being small meant that we had to be faster than our competition, smarter, braver and of course, nicer. We knew that in order to make it, we had to produce products that our customers needed, in time, priced right, and with the highest quality. We knew innovation meant pushing the envelope on design and thinking. Most importantly, we knew that developing relationships meant building a reputation for coming through on promises and standing behind our product. That is who we are today and how we operate every day.

Which companies sponsor visas for engineering senior managers in Texas?
Texas has a strong concentration of sponsors for engineering senior manager roles. In Austin, Dell Technologies, Apple, and Oracle are active sponsors. Houston's energy sector, including ExxonMobil, Chevron, and Halliburton, regularly hires senior engineering leaders with visa sponsorship. In the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Texas Instruments, AT&T, and Lockheed Martin are consistent sponsors for engineering management positions.
Which visa types are most common for engineering senior manager roles in Texas?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for engineering senior managers in Texas, given that the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or related technical field. L-1A visas are also prevalent for senior managers transferring from a company's foreign affiliate or subsidiary into a Texas office. Candidates with extraordinary achievement may qualify for the O-1A visa.
Which cities in Texas have the most engineering senior manager sponsorship jobs?
Austin leads for tech-focused engineering senior manager sponsorship, driven by its growing semiconductor and software industry. Houston is the primary hub for energy and industrial engineering leadership roles. Dallas-Fort Worth follows closely, with strong demand across defense, telecommunications, and enterprise software. This is more targeted than general job searches, since Migrate Mate focuses exclusively on employers open to sponsorship, saving significant research time for senior candidates.
Are there state-specific considerations for engineering senior manager sponsorship in Texas?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage calculations employers reference when filing Labor Condition Applications for H-1B petitions. The state's concentration of energy, semiconductor, and defense industries means many engineering senior manager roles fall under ITAR or export control regulations, which can complicate visa sponsorship for certain nationalities. Employers in these sectors typically involve legal counsel early in the sponsorship process.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored engineering senior manager jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
