Which companies sponsor visas for partnership development managers in Texas?
Technology and enterprise software companies lead visa sponsorship for partnership development managers in Texas. Dell Technologies, Oracle, AT&T, and NTT Data have sponsored this role in the state, as have mid-size SaaS firms concentrated in Austin. Houston's energy sector and Dallas-based financial services companies also hire for partnership-focused roles that qualify for sponsorship, though tech remains the most active industry overall.
Which visa types are most common for partnership development manager roles in Texas?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for partnership development managers in Texas, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or a related discipline. L-1B visas apply when a candidate is transferring within a multinational company. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, and Canadian or Mexican nationals may be eligible under the TN visa in business or management analyst categories.
Which cities in Texas have the most partnership development manager sponsorship jobs?
Austin leads Texas for partnership development manager sponsorship activity, driven by its concentration of technology and SaaS companies. Dallas-Fort Worth follows closely, with a broad mix of enterprise software, telecom, and consulting firms. Houston offers opportunities primarily in energy, healthcare technology, and logistics. San Antonio has a smaller but growing tech sector, with companies like USAA and several cybersecurity firms occasionally hiring for partnership roles.
How to find partnership development manager visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to find partnership development manager roles in Texas without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. The platform surfaces openings from employers in Austin, Dallas, and Houston who have a documented history of sponsoring work visas. Searching by role and state on Migrate Mate saves significant time compared to general job searches.
What should international candidates know about partnership development manager hiring in Texas?
Texas employers hiring for partnership development manager roles typically require candidates to demonstrate that the position qualifies as a specialty occupation, meaning it genuinely requires a relevant bachelor's degree rather than general business experience. Alliance-focused or channel sales roles sometimes face closer scrutiny during H-1B adjudication. Candidates with backgrounds in business development, enterprise sales, or technology partnerships and a matching degree field are generally better positioned for sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnership development manager jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
