With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.

Which companies sponsor visas for strategy managers in Utah?
Technology companies anchored in Silicon Slopes are the most active sponsors. Adobe, Qualtrics, Domo, and Health Catalyst have filed H-1B petitions for strategy and corporate planning roles in the Salt Lake City metro. Healthcare systems including Intermountain Health and University of Utah Health also sponsor strategy managers, particularly for roles tied to operations and growth planning.
Which visa types are most common for strategy manager roles in Utah?
The H-1B is the most common visa for strategy manager roles in Utah, as these positions typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. Candidates with multinational employer backgrounds may also be eligible for the L-1A intracompany transferee visa if moving into a managerial capacity from an overseas office.
Which cities in Utah have the most strategy manager sponsorship jobs?
Salt Lake City accounts for the largest share of strategy manager sponsorship activity in Utah, followed closely by Lehi and Draper in the Silicon Slopes tech corridor. Provo also sees sponsorship from companies near Brigham Young University. Outside the Wasatch Front, sponsorship activity drops significantly, so candidates should focus their search on the Salt Lake and Utah County metro areas.
How to find strategy manager visa sponsorship jobs in Utah?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search strategy manager roles in Utah without manually screening out employers who don't sponsor. The platform focuses on international candidates, which means the roles shown are from employers with a demonstrated history of sponsoring work visas. Filtering by Utah state and the strategy manager category gives you a targeted list relevant to your situation.
Are there any Utah-specific considerations for strategy managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Utah's Silicon Slopes concentration means sponsorship is more common in tech-adjacent strategy roles than in traditional industries. BYU and the University of Utah produce a strong local talent pipeline, which means sponsored candidates are often competing against a deep domestic applicant pool. Employers in regulated sectors like fintech and healthcare may have longer internal approval timelines before initiating an H-1B petition, so early engagement with a prospective employer's HR team is worth prioritizing.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored strategy manager jobs in Utah?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
