As a Compliance Specialist, you'll identify emerging risks, manage compliance initiatives, and collaborate with business teams to build solutions that keep customers safe. You'll engage directly with regulators, partner with selling partners on safety standards, and work across legal, policy, and business teams to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

- Engage regulators about compliance programs and products sold on Amazon's Store
- Advise business teams on emerging risks and lead efforts to devise and execute risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with selling partners to enhance product compliance and safety standards

We partner across legal, policy, and business teams to drive product safety and compliance outcomes at scale.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent
- Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
