Pay: $20/hr
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with mobility and transfers.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and light cleaning.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s health and behavior.
Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
* Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or license sponsored by Virginia Board of Nursing.
Previous experience as a caregiver or related field.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Two (2) professional references.
Ability to pass criminal record check.
