The team's mission is to enable sub three-day delivery from Fulfillment by TikTok via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform in-depth research and analysis of the carrier market. Work closely with the operations team and logistic partners, constantly innovate and optimize operation models and system solutions.
- Take part in product solution design for domestic network and carrier routing, including system configuration, training and other go-to-market activities.
- Responsible for carrier integration for US and EU.
- Leading network configuration including forward and reverse logistics network setting, simulation network setting, and Routing Engine config.
- Identify system issues and improvement opportunities in carrier operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above, 1+ years of working experience in US e-commerce fulfillment and logistics industry. Solid working experience in e-commerce fulfillment in the US.
- Working experience in delivery network system solution experience or carrier management system experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or above, working experience in US ecommerce.
- Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
- Exhibit E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross functional communication and coordination.
- Experience in international ecommerce logistics.
COMPENSATION
- Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,169 - $121,600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
