About the Role:

As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality baked goods that delight customers and uphold the reputation of our establishment. Your expertise in food preparation and recipe execution will ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards. You will be responsible for managing the baking process from start to finish, including measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, monitoring baking times, and cake decorating. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a baking or food preparation role.

Preferred Qualifications:
