Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bridgeport, WV, for a Customer Service Manager. The position entails overseeing daily customer service operations, ensuring customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Manager will maintain and elevate customer satisfaction, lead and support the customer service team, and analyze customer feedback to implement potential improvements. The role also involves strategic planning, employee training, and upholding company service standards to foster strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and implement service improvements
- Outstanding Communication skills to effectively lead teams and foster client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the aviation industry or a similar field is a plus
- Strong problem-solving capability and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Preferred
- A&P License with aircraft engine experience and maintenance experience
- Process improvement / Lean Six Sigma
