As an IT Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the technology that keeps our manufacturing and business operations running smoothly. - Provide frontline technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Support IT projects and technology initiatives that improve productivity, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with IT specialists, business stakeholders, and site leadership to identify and implement technology solutions.
- Help coordinate hardware deployments, workstation setups, software installations, and equipment upgrades.
- Participate in network, infrastructure, and digital workplace support activities across multiple site locations.
- Monitor and escalate technical issues to specialized IT teams while tracking progress through resolution.
- Assist with maintaining IT documentation, processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support meeting technologies, collaboration tools, and executive user requests as needed.
- Research emerging technologies and contribute ideas that improve IT services and business operations.
- Help evaluate opportunities for process improvements and automation within the IT environment.
- Build strong working relationships with end users while delivering responsive, customer-focused support.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking concepts, and Microsoft technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work in an industrial manufacturing environment and travel across site locations as needed.
- Ability to lift, install, and configure basic IT equipment, including workstations, monitors, printers, and network-connected devices.
The following are preferred qualifications:
- Coursework or hands-on experience in networking, cybersecurity, systems administration, cloud technologies, or technical support.
- Exposure to Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting personal computers, printers, or mobile devices.

Program Qualifications:
- The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
- The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.
