Which companies in Wisconsin sponsor visas for customer success consultants?
Milwaukee-based Fiserv and Northwestern Mutual are among the larger Wisconsin employers with established visa sponsorship programs for client-facing technology roles. Madison's Epic Systems, a dominant force in healthcare software, regularly hires customer success professionals and has sponsored H-1B workers in similar roles. Mid-size SaaS and fintech firms operating in both cities also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data as sponsors, though sponsorship availability varies by role and hiring cycle.
Which visa types are most commonly used for customer success consultant roles in Wisconsin?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success consultant positions in Wisconsin, provided the role meets the specialty occupation standard, meaning it typically requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, information systems, or a related discipline. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, and Canadian and Mexican nationals may be eligible under TN status if their background aligns with qualifying occupational categories.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most customer success consultant sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee and Madison account for the majority of customer success consultant sponsorship opportunities in Wisconsin. Milwaukee's concentration of financial services and fintech firms drives demand for client success professionals, while Madison's technology sector, anchored by Epic Systems and a growing startup ecosystem near the University of Wisconsin, produces consistent hiring. Green Bay and the Fox Valley region have a smaller but present corporate base that occasionally sponsors international candidates in customer-facing roles.
How to find customer success consultant visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for visa sponsorship, making it straightforward to search customer success consultant roles in Wisconsin without sifting through positions that don't sponsor. You can narrow results by state and role type to surface employers in Milwaukee, Madison, and other Wisconsin markets who have indicated willingness to sponsor. Checking Migrate Mate regularly is practical because sponsorship-open roles are posted and updated as hiring cycles open at major Wisconsin employers.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for customer success consultants?
Wisconsin employers sponsoring H-1B workers must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and location as determined by the Department of Labor, which is calculated separately for Milwaukee, Madison, and other metro areas. The University of Wisconsin system produces a pipeline of international students on OPT who pursue customer success roles locally, meaning some Wisconsin employers are already familiar with sponsorship processes. Candidates should confirm that a specific role's job duties support a specialty occupation determination, as customer success titles can vary significantly in their technical requirements.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success consultant jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
