We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care facility. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and supporting nursing staff in delivering safe, compassionate, and quality care.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Support meal-time assistance and resident care needs
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
- Document care activities in PointClickCare EMR
- Float between LTC units as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year CNA experience required
Active CNA Certification
Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
Ability to work night shifts and rotating assignments
CERTIFICATIONS
* BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
