Overview
At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Benefits Administrator Senior to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client relationships and ensuring their benefit plans run smoothly. You’ll work with a diverse group of colleagues and clients, helping to shape a future defined by excellence and collaboration.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Handle complex and high-volume accounts, interpret plan rules to ensure compliance, and prepare clear, effective communications.
- Lead special projects, analyze policies, and help develop benefit plans that align with current trends and regulations.
- Your work will directly contribute to reducing risks and improving outcomes for our clients.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent + minimum of 4-5 years related experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing client relationships and handling complex accounts.
