Since 1976, ARC Community Services has been dedicated to helping women reclaim their lives, recognize their inherent worth, and build healthier futures for themselves, their children, and their families.

What You Will Do
Visionary Leadership
- Provide strategic direction that advances ARC's mission, values, and long-term goals.
- Partner with the Board of Directors to develop and implement a sustainable strategic plan.
- Identify emerging opportunities, challenges, and community needs.
Organizational Growth & Sustainability
- Expand ARC's reach, services, and community influence.
- Lead fundraising, grant development, and revenue diversification efforts.

- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services.

- Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
- Ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources.

What You Will Bring
Experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably within social services, behavioral health, human services, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, strategic initiatives, and transformational change.
- Experience working effectively with Boards of Directors and diverse stakeholder groups.
Education
- Master's degree in a related field required.
- Master of Social Work (MSW) strongly preferred.

- Proven success in fundraising, grant development, donor engagement, and resource development.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget development, forecasting, and sustainability planning.
