About the role
As Director of Security & Safety, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the successful pre-opening and ongoing operation of Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Jacksonville. Reporting as a key member of the hotel leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, employees, and assets. What You Will Do
- Lead the pre-opening strategy, planning, and setup of the Security department.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security, safety, and risk management programs across the hotel.
