Implements and supports enterprise infrastructure platforms that enable business applications and digital services. Contributes to system stability, performance, and automation efforts that support operational continuity and platform reliability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements and maintains infrastructure components across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Supports platform availability, monitoring, and performance optimization efforts.
- Develops scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitors infrastructure health and resolves service issues.
- Documents configurations, processes, and technical standards.
- Participates in lifecycle upgrades and patch management activities.
- Collaborates with Security and Application teams to support secure configurations.
