The Vice President (VP) of Engineering leads and manages an organization's software development, focusing on strategy, execution, and people to align technology with business goals, overseeing large teams, driving innovation, ensuring quality, and managing budgets. - Languages span from Golang, C++ and Java in the on-premises components to Node, and React in the cloud.
- Extensive experience in engineering leadership, managing large, complex teams, and other managers.
- Strong technical background in software architecture, system design, and relevant engineering disciplines.
- Proven track record of scaling teams, managing budgets, and delivering successful, complex products.
- Excellent communication, business acumen, and ability to influence stakeholders.
