Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
- Operate basic production, packaging, and processing equipment after training.
- Prepare materials and workstations for production runs.
- Package, label, weigh, count, and organize finished products.
- Follow production instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory organization.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Pick and prepare products and materials for outgoing orders.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, work surfaces, and production areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Move materials and supplies throughout the facility as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Identify and report equipment, inventory, or quality issues to management.
- Assist other departments when production needs change.
- Follow all company safety, quality, sanitation, and operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
- Take initiative in identifying the next priority when assigned work is completed.
- Perform other production and warehouse duties as needed.

- Stand and walk for extended periods.

- Regularly bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Safely lift and move at least 30 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail.
- Work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Schedule
